Jay, it's like you are in my mind! I made the same decision last week. It's kinda pathetic and it really sucks waiting to be happy, just waiting for life to happen. Let's grab life by her horns and make her work! Good one Jay! You can follow me on Twitter @frediliamomodu I will follow u back. I always follow back. Have ever tried checking out my blog? Like ever? http://www.frediliadtruthuncensored.com/
ReplyDeleteSometimes when a bunch of frustrating things happen to me all at one time, I sort of let that emotion take over and it clouds my memory from collecting all the little things that make me smile. Usually I jot the good things in a notebook. But if you have a smartphone, there's this app called "Happier" that reminds you to record your happy moments and you can enjoy them again later!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like such a good app! But I have a stupid phone, a very stupid phone. I write a lot of my happy things on my blog.
